For divers that have already achieved the PADI open water diver certification and want to advance their skills and knowledge, the PADI advanced open water diver course is the next step. The standard program includes 5 dive modules and 5 knowledge reviews, but no exams, over a 2 day period, which can be scheduled between surf days if preferred.

Deep Dive and Underwater Navigation are the compulsory core modules, and clients then choose three more adventure dives from the following: drift diving, underwater digital photography, underwater naturalist, peak performance buoyancy and many others by application. Participants should be at least 12 years old and have a junior PADI Open Water Diver or PADI Open Water Diver certification. Please note: divers between 12-14 years old obtain a Junior Advanced Open Water Diver certification upon course completion.
